One of our trucks went over SD DOT scale couple hours a go they told him he’s 3000 lbs over . So he told them I weighed @ home and was legal . So they pulled out portables from pickup weighed him and let him go was legal . Going to call my lawyer tomorrow. i’m going to call my lawyer tomorrow.
