Let me advise you on safety scores. It would be better if safety points would be transferred to new carrier if driver that caused it goes to work to new company. Especially if it was hours of operation or speeding. Anything pretty much that is driver's responsibility. Also there's leased on owner operators that can switch companies after causing safety score harm and start getting better loads under different carrier with better score. By doing so, you would keep drivers more responsible and would prevent some sneaky carriers from opening new authority under their family or friends name and starting operations from scratch which is illegal but hard to find out.
