Saw a staff member getting screamed at by her manager today in front of everyone, absolutely disgusting, fire her immediately. I’ve seen this happen a lot of times: bad customer service, horrible management, etc. The regular staff isn’t the problem, it’s the managers who have to much of a complex that ruins the place.
