Dad walked in looking for a replacement part for a bbq we bought threw Walmart, a man ( which dad didn’t know was the manager), asked dad if he needed help , dad explained the problem and that nobody we’ve asked would help …

If I could give a zero I would. Came to pick up pictures for my husband's birthday, and was told only one person works in that department, and she was on break! Not one other worker in the entire store could go into the drawer and get them for me. Not only that, but the worker explaining that to me was super rude.
