Everyone was great except the rude cart attendant. My daughter in law and I were simply trying to situate our purses and were impatiently told to move because he needed put the carts in. I guess 15 seconds was too long for him to.wait..Must be a staff shortage out here.

We purchased a TV that had physical damage. Samsung was unable to help us. Tammy and Alyssa went above and beyond to make the return happen even though the TV was purchased 10 days passed the 30 day in store return period. We greatly appreciate it thanks for the great customer service!!!
