Whoever the manager here is with shoulder length, thin brown hair working customer service today was completely unprofessional. Rude, over opinionated and completely stuck up. Complete "Karen" energy.

They are not resolving an issue with Canada Post which says the tracking number doesn't exist. Have got the same response twice. 2 months!
