Wow this place ! Baby formulas are locked and there was no one to provide service. I have been waiting for an associate from 45 minutes to get a box of formula for my infant. I went to customer service 3 times to ask if someone will help me out but no one showed up. I left without formula after 45 minutes unbelievable

I bought brand new box of cuisinart mini chopper and when I reached home and opened box I found TRU used chopper inside. I went back to return, customer service refused to accept that and ask to contact Cuisinart as they might send used one. Poor and pathetic customer service
