This store has the worst pickup service. My item will arrive at the store at 9 AM in the morning, and then it's not ready for pickup most of the time late in the evening, or the next day. I try and call them, and I'm on hold for 15-20 minutes. I get transferred to the wrong departments or the line drops constantly.
