The short-haired female clerk with gray hair at this lotto booth was very rude. When she checked my ID and returned it, she threw it forcefully onto the table, even though I was right in front of her. She could have handed it to me directly or placed it gently, but she didn't. It left a very bad impression.

Horrible customer service at self check out. Rude and impolite. Even rushing senior citizens that are old and frail saying they aren't scanning fast enough. Saying they aren't scanning fast enough. Disgusting behavior.
