Walmart Supercenter

Walmart couldn't be less helpful. Bounced around the phone system; 'customer service' simply rang endlessly. Once I finally reached a person they had no idea how to search for an item in stock, then they put me on hold and didn't return. Fascinating business model to provide absolutely no value. What a waste of time.

I gave my keys to the valet and he was not there when I returned for my car. I suspect he was not a valet

Again biased, rude emplyees. MOSTLY upper management and loss prevention. False accusations of customer theft happen often and they are loud and purposefully embarrass the Homeless population who come into the store.
