Store is very unorganized. Employees on their personal cell phones, talking to each other instead of working. Numerous aisles blocked by merchandise to be unloaded, but no one around.

Every time I go in, I spend most of my time waiting in check out with several employees just standing with a little phone in hand. 5+ self check outs closed, WHY?? and on a friday? really??
