Had an appointment for 1:30 pm on Monday, they didn't carry the correct oil filter in the store, so I had to drive down the street and buy one at Advanced Auto Parts for $11.00. They still charged me $62 (even though I bought my own filter) and it took almost 3 hours to just do a basic oil change. This will be the last time I come here!
