Walmart Supercenter

Warning: The Walmart customer service manager Clydelle lacks professionalism. She is rude and condescending. What I thought was a quick in and out process turned into a terrible customer-experience with Ms Clydelle. How can Walmart expect Ms Clydelle to be capable of managing a team when she lacks customer service etiquette. She is very rude and does not know how to treat loyal customers. I had a very bad experience at this Walmart all because, I had to make a return. Ms Clydelle was very rude and began to scream at me after I told her that she forgot to process one of my return items. She pointed her finger and screamed that she knows how to do her job. I was very shocked and offended by her behavior. I only hope that Ms Clydelle would be more professional in dealing with customers. If she wasn’t wearing a badge that indicated she was a manager, I wouldn’t have known her position. She lacks class and professionalism. Hopefully Walmart would read this and it would be a training opportunity for Ms. Clydelle.

Lots of stock in the aisles. Maybe because xmas in 5 wks, but pretty messy. First time at this store, so may not be this way all the time.

This store is infested by gangs, has no security, and has been taken over by criminals. Be safe. Don't go here. It's not worth risking your life to shop.
