I have no idea who that woman's name was (she was an employee at the customer's center i think) she had (by memory, i have a bad one) round glasses (maybe red), shoulder-lenght hair, and she was slightly short. She was really sweet and kind please give this woman a raise (sorry for my english it's not my first language)
