They keep baby formula locked up and no one ever seems to want to help unlock it. This includes the woman who walked by with about 45 keys hanging from her belt. You can’t tell me one of those wouldn’t unlock the glass case.

Very slow and had to go to customer service line after paying to remove the antitheft device which the customer service lady tells me that the cash register clerks have the tool to remove it... Guess she was just being lazy. What's new, …

All of the self checkouts have been converted into 15 items or less. Today only three cashiers were open and the line was painfully slow. Let me know when you decide to open more lanes or remove the self checkout restrictions.
