Awful at answering their phones! I needed to check to see if they had a product before driving across town. I followed the phone prompts to the electronics department. No answer after letting the phone ring 2.5 minutes. I called back, …

This store NEVER answers the phone when you call. If by some miracle you do get through you immediately get hung up on by whatever department answers. Terrible.
