Kelowna Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC)

Absolute worst staff and procedures. I was waiting for 2 hrs to get paperwork to get bloodwork done. The nurse gave me 1 minute of her time and said to try a different clinic. Completely unacceptable.

If you are dying go to emergency but if not please come in tomorrow and it might be full capacity so then come the day after tomorrow and if not the day after that

Very fast. Lots of seating in the common area ,and the staff was very helpful and kind. The doctors were very attentive to my needs and understanding.
