Everytime you call to get an appointment, they never answer. Doesn't matter what time of day. If they answer they put you on hold for 10 minutes. If you go up there after no answer there are 6 girls behind the reception desk doing nothing but talking. I hate that I have to come here. Looking for a new doctor that my insurance covers.

They are awesome they help my family fast at west texas family medicine they are respectful and they are fast
