I called these people on a Sunday afternoon with a heavy truck tire blown out. The lady kept me on the phone with at least 19 questions, Took my information told me I would get a call from the service guy. Never did. They better understand. A heavy truck on the side of the road on a flat is urgent. I had to call someone else.
