Goodsam called them to help on a rv break down. The tech came out and said he couldn't help us and there would not be a charge. 3 weeks later they charged me $369 for services rendered with my signature copy and pasted on it. Filed charges thru goodsam, Kentucky attorney General. Hope they get fined.
