They didn’t even show up, they didn’t even have the business properly labeled…don’t use

I reserved a U haul trailer 6-12ft online yesterday afternoon and they sent me a reservation email...I was sent a Txt @815 when my pick up time was 0900 stating they didn't have the trailer....What? Total inconvenience having to source another trailer at the last minute...Go somewhere else!
