Specifically told dispatcher a special lug nut tool was needed to change my tire. I was assured that the driver would have said tool. He did not have it, which resulted in a tow to a tire shop.

Another Tow Service left us hanging for hours .Made call to the People with T & W they came out and resolved my issue in less than a Hour. Awesome service and friendly staff whenever my company has issues in this are T & W will be our only call Thanks again!!!!!
