Stonewall Towing & Recovery LLC

They towed my car to the collision center where I had an appointment. Stonewall later told me my car had been refused because I had no appointment. The collision center said Stonewall was talking nonsense, I had an appointment and they could take the car. I had to get in-between Stonewall and the collision center to sort it out. It was easy for me to sort it out, I dont know why Stonewall had such a hard time. Next thing, I get a text from Stonewall asking me write a review. I did and described the issue. Probably five seconds after posting the review I got an angry phone call from one of the owners of Stonewall who was angry about the review. He basically shouted me down and I eventually just hung up. There is just way too much emotional volatility here and not enough professionalism. I bet a calm person would have been able to drop off the car at the collision center without it turning into a hot mess.
