They have police hold you vehical tell they can auction it the guy that works at this facillity is a hot head(office) , tries to make decisions by his self and will make you drive there with the information(paper work) they said you need to bring for me to drive hours away for more paper work. Awful company bad service.

We needed a shipping container moved last minute. Platinum showed up fast & got it done. They were very professional & have great rates! I will definitely use them again in the future.
