Illegally towed my vehicle from my apartment complex during my GRADUATION at 1:30 PM and had the nerve to try to lie and say the office put a sticker on it. Horrible dishonest company caused more damage to my vehicle. Will be carrying from now on to prevent any further mistakes on their part!
