Scheduled something 3 days prior and confirmed day of. They didn't show up for it until 5 hrs after the set time. At that point I couldn't meet them and asked if they accepted payment over the phone. They said yes, then after they got there and dropped it off tried to tell me it would be a 5% charge for paying over the phone.
