My vehicle broke down on I-40. Brandon from Ken's arrived within 15 minutes. Although AAA had told me that there was a Ford dealer about 29 miles west, Brandon told me about a closer dealership. We were there within a few minutes. I appreciated Brandon's helpfulness!
