Worst most disrespectful company in Yakima. DO NOT USE this company. We have fired them as our commercial tow company. Wish I could give them less than 1.

They towed wife’s car from her place of work, because she dropped it off at 4am before work to travel out of town. After explaining this to the guy at elite towing, he had absolutely no compassion, nor understanding for the series of events …

Terrible customer service. Called to have my car towed and got mad cause i correct him to where the location was I wanted the car to go to. Started cussing me out for no reason and then hung up on. I was told I was speaking to the owner.
