Had an outrageously bad customer service experience with this company June 2024. Highly recommend that you do not do business with this company. Additionally, they are expensive.

Mike was the person to come and help me with my car. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Trying to do what he could to start my car. He even went above and beyond and helped me with my door lock. He was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend Arrow Towing. If you get Mike, you're in good hands.
