Front desk lady is rude and not helpful when trying to figure out what my options are.

I’ve known Dave for years!! They came through for me today!! I hit something in the road and popped a front tire on my work F550. He sent a service tech (roadsides assist) to me and Chase (Chance?) really did a GREAT job for me!! Thank you Dave & crew!!!!
