Had a 7 am appointment and even the tech was late showing up. Lost my business. Can't even open on time to Honor the appointments!! Not good

3 hours to change tires, alignment and balance!! Oil change either!! But they did without appointment. That was fantastic. Nice guys, so politely everyone. The was fair compared with others places.
