First time customer for life! ●The exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative staff are a definite plus. (imo.. if the job gets done right I can overlook a grouchy mechanic.. as long as they have the skills and professional work ethics.) ●Highly skilled tech's. (TW was not the cheapest.. but much cheaper than GY) ●They found a broken part they said would have to be replaced before they could do an alignment. He didn't suggest they could do it.. he just informed me of the issue. So I asked if they could fix it and if they could for a quote. W/in 20 mins he called me back and not only quoted me less than what my quick Google search said it would be, but they were not only able to get the part and fix it.. but could do it then the alignment at the same scheduled time, without taking more time. I am thrilled and will do business w/them again for certain. I highly recommend them.

They installed my lift and they didn't torque the rear shock bolt. Truck was wobbling so I brought it back they said it was my tires that needed to be replaced. They didn't check. I drove it home that same day and heard a noise and the truck started wobbling severely I had to pull over as an emergency scraped my rim I looked under vehicle to see that rear shock was hanging with missing it's bottom bolt. I Called them to resolve it brought the truck back to replace the bolt they didn't install properly. They gave me a the run around and wasted a few hours of my day. I came to them because they had decent reviews. I don't wish any harm on anyone and am concerned about negligence when installing truck parts. My kids where in the truck thankfully no one was hurt. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Just be mindful when take your cars to them. Also while waiting I found a couple self tapping screws in there drive way. Idk if it's just coisidence or if that's just how they conduct business.

These guys are awesome. They had a tire that I could not find at Walmart or Costco. Praise the Lord, because I could not drive anywhere my tire was blown. I just made it.
