Very rude on the phone and really didn’t care with what emergency situation I had going on with my Diesel engine trying to get back to MI. I tried explaining what my issue was that I had going on and basically just hung up on me

Some good ole boys that know what they're doing. My *big* company sent me all over the northwest trying to get this truck fixed and nobody seemed to have the parts or knew what was wrong. Didn't even know what the part was called. These guys had it, fixed it and had me up outta there within a couple hours or less.
