Best One Fleet Service Kalamazoo

Very poor customer service. The "professionals" could not even perform a simple front end alignment. In fact, our vehicle left with a broken tie rod because of the inept workers. The owner would not make it right with us. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

As always prices can seem high, but you get what you pay for here. Straight forward and always communicating with you.
