I have never seen a Tims with such slow service. Additionally, the cashier was rude. I understand he's busy, but that doesn't justify him not responding..when we speak to him.

Quite ordinary like Tim Hortons, no toilet paper, totally disgusting bathroom, three choices of donuts available, the girl at the counter who doesn't know her own product...in short, it's not very representative of the brand
