Tim Hortons

Last time I was there, there was a hair in my wrap and black seeds in my lemonade. Basically, every time I go there is something unclean in my food. On the service side, I have been served by people who do not speak French or English on a few occasions and I live in a French-speaking region.

Far better experience after renovations, well done

The service is slow and I had difficulty being served in French, which is not normal because 95% of the city's population is French-speaking.
