Bad service they always say anything to not make you use the warranty

Beth in the Service Department is absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable and courteous, she went above and beyond to help me diagnose my issues and provided top notch, exceptional customer service!

Initially everything was good. Seemingly good customer service, seemingly quick work, but then they forgot to call and let me know that my truck was ready. Lost a day waiting on their call, then it was hard to get in touch with them requiring 3 calls. They have to get better organized.
