Pumps aren't working.

I called to make an appointment for an alignment, and they gave me a specific time. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, I ended up waiting for 6 hours. Every time I asked for an update, I was told I would be helped shortly, but the mechanic was taking his time chatting with the receptionist at the front desk
