There’s a lady who works at the fuel desk smoking a cigarette inside the building. Got the whole place smelling like stale smoke. Then they guys cleaning the fuel lanes just throwing the pumps on the ground and wonder why there’s diesel leaking from every screw. Parking lot full of pot holes. And the showers have no proper drainage.

Stopped in last week for an oil change after attempting three other locations. They got me in and taken care of. Tech and service writer both did outstanding jobs. Thank you guys

Fuel islands are always out of windshield wash, restrooms are disgusting. TA/Petro really needs better hiring practices. The other major truck stops are rarely if ever this bad. Take cleanliness seriously? Dirty as usual 3-16-25
