When did Subway start refusing to Make To Order. I tried to order a wrap and I asked to add eggs on it. She said no we can't add egg Because it's on Flat bread. What does that have to do with it. If that's a policy I'm done with Subway.

Whoever the overnight was on 2/11..12/24 rudely told me they don't do call ahead orders overnight bc there's only 1 person... so I drive the 5 seconds over there and order in person not busy at all seemed like she didn't want to do her job …
