When the elderly woman at the register is slow as hell and tells you how much she hates making your Frappuccino... please tell me why I have to apologize for ordering at your coffee shop? Ridiculous. And then the barista making my drink had an attitude. Both overweight and acting like they don't wanna be there. Go figure.
