Pilot #62

We had a bit of an emergency where another traveler locked his keys in the car with young children inside. George with maintenance came to the rescue with a coat hanger and a wedge to pry the door. He was calm, cool, and collected helping getting the door open. Everyone at that location was super polite and helpful.

Due to a mix-up with shower guests I was kicked from the line as soon as my shower was available. It would be easy to get frustrated over this but staff made sure to clean the next shower the second it was available in order to correct the issue.
