This location doesn’t deserve 1 star. I have an ongoing reservation with them and every Monday I pick up a truck. Since last year they have rented me a truck that had some kind of mechanical issue, error message and just downright dirty. …

Who hires and trains these people? It's simple, buy one get on free. And all they can say is "I know nothing about that", definitely not what I expected.
