Penske Truck Rental

Horrible service , they didn't do anything while truck is ta shop for 7days and when we asked for SUB they mad excuse and didn't provide us with it , we had to pick up truck without fixing as driver lost his 7days already and no need to wait for unknown period , Couse they didn't give ETA either ..

We recently worked with this location and had a great experience with Payton Carney in particular. He helped us with choosing the truck that best fit our needs and answered all our questions. I'd highly recommend Penske and Payton.

Peyton needs to be re-trained on how to treat customers. Hanging up on them is not good. Customer service.
