I recently bought a vehicle from Accelerate Auto Group in Rowlett, Texas. They claim to inspect their vehicles and clearly do not. Within a week, I had startup issues. I kept an eye on it and figured it might be the battery. I brought it to NAPA and discovered extreme battery corrosion and a melted ground connector. The guys at NAPA went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home (in 40 degree weather and past closing time). I'm extremely grateful because I would not have had the tools required to replace this battery by myself.
