UPDATED REVIEW!!!! Vast improvement to the operation of this business. Since my original review, they have greatly improved. 1.Each visit to the store they have actually been "open for business during their listed hours" 👍I don't feel like I have to call ahead to make sure someone is there. 2. Staff have been courteous and helpful 👍👍 Huge improvement, thank you & please keep up the good work. (Previous review) I don't like giving poor reviews "but"...... Finding this place open is "hit &miss". You better call before you go. Listed hours...forget about em. Service is just as sketchy. They are rarely helpful & frequently make you feel like you're bothering them. Our old parts store was just the opposite. Helpful & eager to provide good customer service. I'm sorry they are gone. This is currently the only parts store in town so you can't just shop with someone else. Sad. If I see a difference with the service in the future I will update this to a better review. In the meantime, better plan on driving to Owensville. I recommend O'Riley's or American. Other options are available.
