They never answer the phone and I live out side of town that’s a little far away so to never answer the phone is terrible on there part

Terrible services, tell lies about being able to just drop old battery off. Now I need a receipt and paper work to prove I bought a battery two days ago. There unable to look up any of my information. The guys behind the counter just took at least 25 bucks from me. Big company screws over little guy!!!!
