Generally lazy people here, won't try to cross reference part or try to find something that would work. They lack courtesy and friendliness and just stand around talking how their weekend went by

Generally nice people. However, they have some employees that don't know what they are doing or know what to look up. If you don't know cars and you work at an auto parts store, may want to ask questions or read up on things. Or ask someone for help.
