The guy at the work shop front desk he talks very low and when I couldn’t hear what he’s saying and asked him to repeat for once he got mad and grabbed the paperwork hard acting he’s mad lol

2023 Volvo, replaced batteries, the mechanic didn't screws them, and lost or didn't put in place a rubber mat under batteries. The truck came whit round-handed batteries. It is high risk of fire.
