Was able to wake them up and they hung up and turned off their phone. 24 hours means whenever they feel like it I suppose.

I was stranded with a blow out, Called four times between the hours of 3:30pm - 5:00 pm. The business didn’t answer a single time. And they claim to be 24/7?
