If I could give zero stars, I would. They claim to be open 24 hours, however they then told me I could not get my car the next day, as I would have to wait till the day after that. On top of that, they charge astronomically. An unbelievable scam.

I do not recommend using Hawkins at all. I was in a car accident which resolved in me getting sent to the hospital. After i was cleared i went to go get my belongings from the vehicle which was towed by Hawkins. I had a Dewalt tool bag full …
